V.A.P Volleyball Academy Program
The Volleyball Academy Program (V.A.P) is a revolutionary approach to teaching the sport of volleyball. All serious athletic disciplines focus on technique and proper application of all fundamental and advanced skills. It is the athletes with the best technique that go on to be champions. These athletes know they must professionally train and on a reoccurring basis. Finally volleyball is offered in a class structure with a progressive curriculum. Each participant advances at their own rate and is given the opportunity to truly master the skills and understand the game in depth. Each participant has the option to come for a 1hr or a 2hr class, once, twice or three times a week. The program is designed to cater to all skill levels and provide the appropriate level of difficulty for each individual player.
